摩托罗拉--南京大学高级材料联合研究组
Motorola-Nanjing University Advanced Material Joint Research Group

南京大学固态微结构物理国家重点实验在凝聚态物理及半导体技术的某些基础研究领域,处于国际领先水平,这是摩托罗拉中国半导体技术中心的一个战略合作伙伴,目前正在进行"铁电薄膜材料SrBi2Ta2Q9(SBT)的微结构、应力和钝化气氛处理对其铁电特性的影响及其在存储器中的应用"的联合研究。

Nanjing University's National Key Lab of Solid State Microstructures of Nanjing University is a world leader in certain areas of coagulating state physics and semiconductor technology. Currently,the center is working on research of Ferroelectric properties of thin films for memory applications.

北京大学--摩托罗拉半导体联合实验室成立于1998年3月31日。该实验室在双方共同感兴趣的半导体技术领域计划和组织教学实践,并与中国半导体技术中心及其它实验室之间进行合作项目的研究。在北京大学微电子学研究所的领导下,"亚微米MOSFETs寿命预测模型的研制"联合研究项目正在顺利进行中。

Established on March 31, 1998, the lab cooperates with Motorola's China Technology Center(CTC)and other labs on joint research projects on semiconductor techonlogies. Under the leadership of the Institute of Microelectronics of Peking University, the joint program on "development of a lifetime predictive model for submicron MOSFETs" has been making significant progress.

清华大学微电子学研究所是中国微电子基础研究与应用研究的主要基地之一,摩托罗拉中国半导体技术中心与该所组成了两个联合研究小组,分别进行半导体工艺模拟系统的开发和SiGe材料及器件的研究。

提高集成电路的运行速度是当今半导体技术界最核心的课题之一,而在硅中加入锗后,便可以提高载流子的迁移率,从而达到提高芯片速度的目的。摩托罗拉中国半导体技术研究中心与清华大学微电子学研究所合作进行SiGe材料生长的初期研究。

The Institute of Microelectronics at Tsinghua University is one key base for the fundamental and application researches of China's microelectronics industry.

One of the key study focus of semiconductor technology research is to raise the running speed of integrated circuits. The running speed of chips can be increased by adding Germanium into Silicon to enhances the carrier's mobility. CTC entered into a joint initial research on the SiGe materials' growth with the Institute of Microelectronics of Tsinghua University. Through such cooperation, the company expects to accelerate the search for a SiGe materials growth technology.

1996年3月,摩托罗拉半导体技术部捐赠12万美元的设备和现金,建立清华大学--摩托罗拉嵌入技术实验室,从而进一步改善清华大学计算机与微控制器体结构系的教学和实验环境,也为摩托罗拉公司与清华大学在计算机科学与技术领域(特别是嵌入式系统的技术领域)中的进一步合作打下了坚实的基础。

In March 1996, Motorola's Semiconductor Products Sector donated US$120,000 worth of equipment and funds to estabilsh the Tsinghua-Motorola Embedded Technology Lab. The lab helps improve the teaching and experiment conditions of the computer and microprocessor research body of Tsinghua University, and lays a solid foundation for both Motorola and Tsinghua University to further their cooperation in the field of computer science and technology, particularly in the area of embedded technology.



深圳大学--摩托罗拉单片机应用开发研究中心
Shenzhen University-Motorola MCU Application Center

该中心是由摩托罗拉半导体部亚太区赞助,于1999年7月开始运作。为了大力推动单片机在多方面的应用,摩托罗拉承诺将与该中心分享最新的单片机技术信息,并为之提供了一系列的68HCO5,68HCO8和68HC11设备、开发工具和资料。该中心设在深圳大学校园内,其目标是更好地为华南地区的单片机用户服务、开发、传播、推进最新电子技术的发展。

Sponsored by Motorola SPS, Asia-Pacific, this center is expected to begin operations on July 1999. Motorola will share the latest MCU technology with the Center and provide it with a wide array of 68HCO5, 68HCO8 and 68HC11 MCU devices, development tools and documentation. The center is located inside Shenzhen University. Its primary goal is to better serve MCU users in South China and to encourage the technological advancement of cutting-edge electronics technologies.



清华大学--摩托罗拉单片机应用开发研究中心
Tsinghua-Motorola MCU Application Center

清华大学-摩托罗拉单片机应用开发研究中心成立于1995年5月,是摩托罗拉半导体部亚太区与清华大学工程物理系联合建立的一个非盈利机构。

摩托罗拉公司为该中心提供样片、开发工具、编程器以及第三方提供的摩托罗拉开发软件、FPGA设计软件等。

几年来,中心完成了许多摩托罗拉单片机应用方面的课题,这些课题涉及到的领域有:家用电器、通讯、汔车电子、工业控制、仪器仪表等。

Founded in 1995, this center is sponsored by Motorola Semiconductor Ltd. & the Engineering Physics Department of Tsinghua University. Motorola supports the lab with new MCU sample chips and development tools. The center has completed a number of MCU applications projects covering such fields as consumer, communications, automotive, industrial control and instrumentation.



复旦大学--摩托罗拉单片机应用开发研究中心
Fudan-Motorola MCU Application and Development Research Center


复旦大学-摩托罗拉单片机应用开发研究中心成立于1995年9月,由摩托罗拉半导体部亚太区和复旦大学计算机科学系联合组成。该中心主要从事摩托罗拉单片机的应用开发和推广宣传工作,目前共有技术人员九名。

该中心目前已完成:

  1. 摩托罗拉单片机软件开发,包括M68HCO5浮点运算子程序库、M68HCO5C编译系统CO5F、M68HCO5C调试系统CO5D等。
  2. 摩托罗拉单片机仿真系统开发、开发的系统配有Windows下的编辑、汇编和窗口式测试软件。
  3. 摩托罗拉单片机应用系统开发等项目,先后研制了使用摩托罗拉单片机的遥控吊扇控制器、智能家用交流稳压器和分时计费电度表等应用项目。

Founded in 1995, the Fudan-Motorola MCU Application and Development Research Center is the result of joint investment by Motorola SPS Asia-Pacific and the Computer Science Department of Fudan University.

Project development focuses on the following areas:

  1. Motorola MCU Software Development:
    The software includes: M68HCO5 floating point arithmetic subprogram library, C compiler and debug system.
  2. Motorola MCU Emulation System Development:
    This includes many online emulation system softwares which can edit, assemble and debug under the Windows environment.
  3. Motorola MCU Application System Development:
    Fudan MAC has developed many application projects using Motorola MCUs, which include remote control pendant fan controller, intelligent home AC regulator, time-sharing fee count power meter and others.
