2002 ESG Tianjin Final Showcase
2002 ESG Tianjin Final Showcase was held successfully on Jan. 10, 2003 in TianYu Hotel. 6 operator teams and 4 engineer teams have shared their achievements on the quality renewal, cost saving and productivity improvement with the participants through their outstanding presentation.
TFE is the cream of Motorola culture. In 2002, there are 137 operator teams and 17 engineer teams participating the TFE showcase activity. The participation rate reaches to 60%. The projects of those teams can help our plant saving $4.4M.
The outstanding achievement of 2002 TFE is close related to the support from management team, employees' active participation and the promotion of HR department. In 2002, ESG Tianjin management team determine the quality renewal and cost saving as the direction of TFE activity and support the activity with various and effective recognition means, such as souvenir and domestic travel; HR department, as the coordinator, organize a series of activities such as TFE training, TFE review and TFE promotion month to promote TFE with continuous effort. Above all, the employees' active participation is the hinge of TFE success. Not only do the employees improve their own ability and skills to analyze and solve the problem, but also they make outstanding performance with teamwork to contribute to the quality improvement and cost saving of the plant.
Therefore, all TFE participants are winners in 2002. Furthermore, we are confident that TFE will make a rapider progress and do greater contribution to ESG Tianjin.
